Pasting a Google Calendar appointment link, including the short calendar.app.google URL, into an embed CTA now opens the booking page inside the modal. Short links are resolved to the long embeddable URL when you save them. Links that still cannot be framed keep the open-in-new-tab fallback.
A location pin shared from WhatsApp is stored as coordinates, the same shape the web chat stores, so the map and record fields show the answer. If WhatsApp attaches a place name, the coordinates are kept too. Pins stored before this fix still render as a location in the Data tab. WhatsApp location is Business and Enterprise. The calendar embed is on every plan.

A location pin shared from WhatsApp reached the conversation but was stored as plain "lat,lng" text, so the submission's Data tab showed "Invalid location data" and records left the field empty. Pins are now saved as coordinates, the same shape the web chat stores, so the map, the coordinate link, and record fields all show the answer. When WhatsApp attaches a place name to the pin the coordinates are kept too, instead of being replaced by the name. Submissions stored before this fix still render as a location in the Data tab.
