La biblioteca de Knowledge, y las respuestas de Agent Block ancladas en ella, pasaron a Business y Enterprise. Free y Pro todavía pueden abrir Knowledge desde la barra lateral y ver el muro de upgrade. Los documentos y los turnos de asesor que ya habías conectado siguen contestando.
En esta fecha, el modo Collect seguía en Pro. La versión del 15 de septiembre luego unió Collect e Instruct en un solo Agent Block, y crear uno nuevo requiere Business o Enterprise. Los bloques de Pro ya publicados siguen atendiendo.
Una repregunta que pide otra opción busca de nuevo a partir de las preguntas anteriores y devuelve un pasaje distinto cuando los documentos lo tienen.
The Knowledge library and Agent Block Instruct (advisor and answer-then-redirect) are now on Business and Enterprise. Free and Pro can still open Knowledge from the sidebar and see an upgrade wall. Existing attached documents and Instruct turns keep answering. Collect mode stays on Pro.
When a respondent asks for another option after a Knowledge answer, the Intake Bot searches again from their earlier questions and returns a different matching passage when the connected documents have one. It no longer repeats the first answer or says it has no information when another cited place exists.
